Job Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders (for holiday and roofline installs)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Experience in outdoor lighting, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but not required
- Must be available some evenings and weekends, especially during holiday season
