These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by Paramount Outdoor Lighting Group ("Paramount," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

Paramount Outdoor Lighting Group is the parent company of four specialized lighting divisions: Advanced Lightscaping, Frosty's Holiday Lighting, Patio Lighting Pros, and Roof Lites Chicago. Services may be performed by Paramount or by the division best suited to your project. Each division operates under the same standard of quality and professional service.

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website operation
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through forms or inquiries

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals

All quotes, estimates, and proposals are based on the information you provide and the scope discussed during a walk-through or consultation. Proposals are valid for the period stated in the proposal or, if no period is stated, for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may change if project conditions, site access, or scope change after the proposal is accepted.

4. Appointments and Site Access

When you schedule a walk-through, consultation, or installation, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes access to electrical outlets, breaker panels, and the areas where lighting will be installed. We may reschedule or charge additional fees if site conditions prevent safe or timely work.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. A deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling. Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due upon completion of installation. Refund and cancellation terms are described in your signed proposal or service agreement.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our work and the products we install. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as provided by the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty terms are included in your proposal or service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
